Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Hire revenue growth through effective management of inventory, pricing, and customer relationships.
  • Promote the Hire and Sales business through internal and external selling, building strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the Hire transport operation, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Contribute to branch management duties, including completing reports and audits as required.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive training program, including job-specific training such as CPC and HIAB, and a company bonus scheme rewarding performance and achievement.
