We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Lincolnshire. As an apprentice trained engineer, you will have a few years' experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and hold relevant engineering qualifications.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure minimal downtime by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns or failures during the shift. You will also conduct regular inspections of machinery, systems, and equipment to identify potential issues before they lead to failures.

In addition to these duties, you will perform PPM on machines, equipment, and infrastructure to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns. Your strong technical skills will enable you to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000, based on industry standards.
