Job Summary:
We are seeking a Branch Assistant to join our team in Colchester. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards in the trade counter area and warehouse, and assisting with health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work together with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, help maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with multi-drop deliveries. They will also be responsible for achieving branch performance targets and providing cover when needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a friendly and welcoming attitude, energy, and passion for delivering excellent customer service. A full valid driving license is required, and previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous. Good organizational skills and being IT literate are also essential.
