The Mercury Theatre is a creative and collaborative environment where we produce amazing things. We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team as maternity cover from March 2025 to January 2026.

We are seeking an individual with administrative experience, passion for event planning, and the ability to work as part of a creative team. If you've worked in theatre before, it's an advantage, but we value transferable skills from other sectors.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the theatre operations team
  • To assist with event planning and coordination
  • To maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
