Administrative HR Specialist with IT Skills

Austin Fraser is looking for a talented HR Administrator to provide essential support across various HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in HR practices.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Process HR change requests and ensure people data is kept up to date and reviewed as required.
- Support the recruitment team with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Provide administrative support and assist with the delivery of one-off HR programmes or projects, such as re-organisations, new system implementations, and other HR initiatives.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Previous HR administrative experience.
- Ideally, working knowledge of HR Systems.
