Administrative Support for HR Operations

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at Brunel University London. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR Employment Services Team, working closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR Employment Services Team.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the MSP to deliver exceptional customer service.
Salary and Package
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £28,250-£32,113 per annum inclusive of London Weighting (pro-rata), with potential to progress to £33,904 per annum inclusive of London Weighting (pro-rata). You will also receive a generous annual leave package, discretionary University closure days, and excellent training and development opportunities.
