**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Glengormley, NI.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Thursday on-site and Friday from home.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and significant progression opportunities.

**Job Description**

  • Research and identify potential clients in the construction and civils industry, both onshore and offshore.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services with client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and necessary paperwork to secure business.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record in business development or Sales.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
