Business Development Executive for Aesthetic Sales

About the Role
Healthxchange is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our successful Skin Health sales team. As a key player in driving sales and growth, you will be responsible for increasing sales and awareness of our premium products through a collaborative and strategic approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships within your assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face meetings and customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets.
- Maintain and develop sales with an emphasis on Obagi & Observ and other Healthxchange premium brands, using appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
- Record, analyze, report, update, and administer relevant systems and company information requirements, ensuring the optimal use of HXPTech platforms such as Clever Clinic and Clever Patients.
- Implement marketing and visual merchandising initiatives as requested, staying aware of competitor developments and activity to provide timely feedback to management.
About You
- Previous history of sales experience within the aesthetic or beauty industry.
- High achiever with a high standard of self-driven work ethic.
- Relevant industry knowledge and a target-driven personality with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding high targets.
