About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Records Department as a Clerical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our health records services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide reception cover in multiple outpatient areas
  • Prepare clinics and ensure accurate and timely preparation
  • Answer telephone enquiries and respond to patient queries
  • File case note folders and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent experience
  • Experience of administrative processes and working with patient databases
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
