Health Records Administrative Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Records Department as a Clerical Support Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our health records services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide reception cover in multiple outpatient areas
- Prepare clinics and ensure accurate and timely preparation
- Answer telephone enquiries and respond to patient queries
- File case note folders and maintain accurate records
- Assist with the operation of Health Records Services across all areas of Stockport NHS Foundation Trust
Requirements
- 5 GCSE or equivalent experience
- Experience of administrative processes and computer literacy
- Good understanding of absolute confidentiality and GDPR
