About the Role

TDSi is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to support our strategic growth and new challenges in the Southern region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Gardis products through the UK security distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively call and maintain a list of customers, including Security Installation Companies, within the designated area and key personnel, ensuring all customer information is kept up-to-date in our CRM system.
  • Review Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders from End-users/systems integrators/Platinum and Gold Channel Partners within the UK.
  • Work with our internal sales and support team to compile Tender Responses, including compliance statements and BOQ.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our TDSi Gardis product portfolio.
  • Achieve sales targets through sales of Access Control products within the defined territory.
  • Liaise with end-users as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with TDSi and promote a favorable image of the Company.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Direct sales experience.
  • Tender response experience.
  • Experience in the design, setup, and use of Access Control systems.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and databases.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous personality, team-player with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
