About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Critical Mass. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Global HR Team to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to help us scale as an organization.
  • Ignite employee potential through effective performance management programs.
  • Serve as the go-to HR expert for client groups, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  • Build bridges by handling employee relations with finesse, resolving conflicts, and managing disciplinary actions.
  • Be the architect of an inclusive and positive work atmosphere that boosts employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate across talent pillars to support the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a HRBP or HR Generalist in a large and/or matrixed organization.
  • Deep practice in communication with HR Teams and employees across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and inspire confidence across various levels of an organisation.
  • Proven track record of driving pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, delegate, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional ability to handle conflict, challenging situations, and work effectively with diverse working styles.
  • Strategic and tactical expertise in organizing operational activities.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
