About the Role:

This Field-Based Sales Professional position requires a highly skilled individual to represent Stryker in the Endoscopy division. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, focusing on growth and expansion.
  • Provide expert training and support to customers on Stryker's Endoscopy Communication products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Stryker's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience with sales CRM systems.
