We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant in the Staff Bank Office at Ninewells. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with the possibility of flexible shifts.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Systems Administrative team, focusing on data entry, record management, and other tasks within our Bank and Payroll systems. Previous experience with data input is essential, and NHS administrative experience is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of pay based on Agenda for Change, with enhanced pay for unsocial hours, including weekends. Our benefits package includes weekly pay, paid annual leave, and the opportunity to join the SPPA pension scheme.

As a member of our team, you will receive professional induction and orientation shifts. We encourage applicants to provide evidence of their training, skills, and experience to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
