About the Role

Fostering People is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Dundee. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our foster carers and children, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including foster carer information and child placement details.
  • Coordinate carer training, hotel bookings, and maintenance of records.
  • Assist in the overview of regional compliance with regards to foster carer approval and children in placement.
  • Report using the Charms database and input data, upload documentation, and manage use of information using in-house bespoke business systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within an office setting as an Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexibly against changing priorities and demands.
  • High attention to detail with a keen sense of priority whilst ensuring accuracy of work.
