Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Arts Engagement Specialist to join our vibrant and ambitious creative learning and participation department at Eden Court Highlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering creative arts projects, facilitating civic conversations, and devising programmes of activity across the Highlands for people of all ages and abilities.

This is a fixed-term position, ideal for someone looking to develop their experience as a theatre practitioner and facilitator. The post offers an exciting opportunity to work with a brilliant team and contribute to our core belief in cultural democracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver creative arts projects and programmes across the Highlands
  • Facilitate civic conversations and engagement activities
  • Work collaboratively with the Eden Court team and freelancers
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in theatre practice and facilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use
