Early Learning Specialist Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Early Learning Specialist to join our team at Kirkhill Primary School in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality early learning and childcare services to young children and their families.

The estimated salary for this position is £20,063 - £21,976 per annum (Unqualified) or £22,286 - £24,405 per annum (Qualified).

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in Childcare and Education (e.g., HNC/NNEB/SVQ 3) or agreement to work towards one within an agreed timescale.
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and maintenance of relevant registration throughout employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
