**Job Description:** Community Wellbeing Support Worker
**Estimated Salary:** £27,150 per annum
Cheshire West and Chester Council seeks a dynamic individual to join the Adult Mental Health Prevention & Wellbeing Team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering rehabilitation, treatment programmes, care planning, assessment, and long-term focus on recovery and overall wellbeing for individuals with complex needs.
The role offers opportunities to work in a forward-thinking council, develop skills through training and development, and progress in career. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering frontline care, including mental health support
- Identifying and co-ordinating services to meet individual needs
- Working knowledge of care provision processes, including Health & Safety and Risk Assessments
- Applying Recovery principles to enhance service delivery
