About the Role

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to deliver sales and margin growth for our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth within your assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Analyse business intelligence software to inform sales decisions and drive results.
  4. Influence branch management and sales teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a business-to-business environment.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the region.
  3. Commercial awareness and knowledge of competitor activity and market conditions.
  4. Experience in customer account management and sales leadership.
