Account Growth Specialist

Tia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development by exploring new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the F&B / Catering market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales volume and profits targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and analyses for management review
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Hotel and Catering Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail trade / food services, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and sales-oriented; a good customer network is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Executive.
