Nursery Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our 0-19 Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our Health Visitors to provide support and guidance to families, promoting healthy child development and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Develop and deliver programmes and activities that promote healthy lifestyles, parenting skills, and child development, in partnership with other agencies and community groups.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the Trust's values and objectives.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with best practice in the field.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in Early Years or a related field (e.g. NNEB, Level 3 BTec, NVQ Level 3).
- Experience of working with children and families, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our diverse community.
