We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Starting Well 0-19 Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our Health Visitors to provide discreet pieces of work to support families in their homes and at our Children's Centres.
- Deliver key elements of the Health Child Programme to Cheshire West and Chester Children, Young People and their Families.
- Provide accurate advice and support to enable children, their families and carers to maximise their health, wellbeing and potential to learn.
- Manage discreet allocation in relation to parenting support, focusing on topics such as toilet training, bedtime routines and mealtimes.
