About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our 0-19 Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Main Responsibilities
As a Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and families, working closely with our Health Visitors and other professionals to deliver the Health Child Programme. Your duties will include:
- Providing accurate advice and support to enable children, their families, and carers to maximise their health, wellbeing, and potential.
- Managing discreet allocation in relation to parenting support, with a focus on key topics such as toilet training, bedtime routines, and mealtimes.
- Working collaboratively with our integrated service to deliver key elements of the Health Child Programme to Cheshire West and Chester Children, Young People, and their Families.
