We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our 0-19 Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our Health Visitors to provide support and guidance to families, promoting healthy lifestyles and early intervention.
- Develop and deliver programmes to support child development, including weaning and nutrition, child development, behaviour management, play and development, attachment and bonding, and safety.
- Provide accurate advice and support to families, enabling them to maximise their health, wellbeing, and potential.
- Manage discreet allocation in relation to parenting support, focusing on key topics such as toilet training, bedtime routines, and mealtimes.
- Contribute to the development of our integrated service, working closely with colleagues to deliver key elements of the Health Child Programme.
