We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team as a Community Health Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique integrated service, supporting the delivery of key elements of the Health Child Programme to children, young people, and their families in Cheshire West and Chester.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate advice and support to enable children, their families, and carers to maximize their health, wellbeing, and potential to learn and lead.
- Manage discreet allocation in relation to parenting support, focusing on key topics such as toilet training, bedtime routines, and mealtimes.
- Work collaboratively with Health Visitors to ensure the right level of support for each family at the right time.
- Support the delivery of key elements of the Health Child Programme, including Open Advice Clinics and Developmental checks.

We are looking for a Nursery Nurse with:
NNEB or Level 3 BTec National Diploma in Early Years awarded by Edexcel or equivalent.Recent experience of working with children and families.Knowledge and expertise in areas such as weaning and nutrition, child development, behaviour management, play and development, attachment and bonding, and safety.Desirable qualifications in areas such as ECDL/IT skills and health promotion.-
