Job Title: Care Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recovery Lead - RN/ODP to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating patient recovery processes and ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
  1. Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  2. Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  3. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  4. A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service
  5. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  6. Sound written and verbal communication skills
  7. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  8. Demonstrated computer skills

Salary & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
