About the Role

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for delivering an outstanding IT service to our group, ensuring the streamlined operation of our IT services.

Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows Server and Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing desktop, remote, and infrastructure support to 600+ users.
  • Ensuring incidents are categorized and resolved efficiently.
  • Supporting the rollout of assigned IT-related projects.
  • Administering Windows Servers in physical, Azure, and VMWare environments.
  • Working alongside infrastructure engineers to plan and deploy new Cloud solutions.
  • Providing onsite and remote support for PC's, notebooks, smartphones, tablets, printers, and other devices.
  • Supporting a myriad of software applications, including Office 365 and Sage X3.

Key Skills

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous hands-on experience working in an end-user support role or computer operations environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
  • Excellent understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration.
  • A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues.
  • Excellent telephone manner and language communication skills.
