Career Framework Specialist

As a Career Framework Specialist with Ulster University, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a career pathways framework that supports the professional development of non-academic staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the design and delivery of the career pathways framework
  • Provide specialist career pathways and development expertise
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for career progression
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the framework meets the needs of the University and its staff
  • Identify and adopt leading practices in career pathways development
  • Contribute to the growth of the Organisation Design and Change function
  • Support the delivery of the wider People and Culture operational plan

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of career pathways development and a proven track record of delivering similar projects.
