Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Graduate Project Manager to join our team in Coleraine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of projects and drive them forward from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of projects, from pre-construction stages through to completion. This will involve personal ownership of allocated projects, taking responsibility for surveying, planning, and coordination to ensure efficient delivery. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Developing and implementing project plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Mitigating risks and identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a Construction-related subject
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the construction industry
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably with a focus on project management, problem-solving, and risk mitigation

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
While not essential, we would like to see evidence of SMSTS, CSCS, NRSWA, SWQR, or Prince 2 qualifications. Additionally, a full driving license and proficiency in MS Office are desirable skills.

What We Offer:
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a pension fund, paid holidays, parking, medical aid/health care, and more.
