Schneider Geospatial’s Product Migration Specialist will perform product configuration and implementation tasks to migrate acquired clients to the latest updated version of Schneider Geospatial’s SaaS products. The Product Migration Specialist will work closely with client contacts, under the direction of the Product Migration Manager, to ensure a smooth and timely transition.

Schneider Geospatial is a National leader in providing GovTech solutions to state and local governments. The Product Migration Specialist will have a key role in the expansion of our Beacon, and other land records solutions, during this phase of our business growth.

**What you can expect in the role**
- Direct engagement with client organizations and their users to understand their processes and integrate our software solutions to improve those processes.
- Be on the frontlines of modernizing government organizations with advanced software technologies.
- Work on small teams with an entrepreneurial attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- Configuration and deployment of SaaS products and updates for acquired clients.
- Analysis of client data sources and quality review of data content for products and services.
- Regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of project status and any needs are being addressed.
- Remote and/or on-site installation, configuration, and testing of the solution(s) being implemented.
- Development of documentation and other reference materials (as needed) to be used for training, and support.
- Train clients on how to use their Schneider Geospatial software products.
- Good communication, enunciation, and grammar skills (in the English language) are highly important.

**Qualifications**
- BA/BS or Certificate in Computer Science, MIS, Database Administration, GIS, Geography, or a related field; or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of local government real estate property CAMA and Tax Applications, or related systems is a plus.
- Experience with Windows OS, file directory and network navigation, basic OS admin tasks.
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) is a plus.
- Experience with GIS technologies, specifically ESRI's ArcGIS platform, is a plus.
