Job Title: Streamers & Assessors Registered General Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Nutrix Medical. As a Streamer and Assessor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and improve overall care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
