Job Summary

Quinton Practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the General Practice team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing acute illness presentations and developing treatment plans
  • Prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the General Practice team
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An active registration with the NMC
  • A Job Plan that demonstrates advanced nursing practice and has equity with peers working at this level
  • Education to Masters level
  • Independent prescribing qualifications
  • Meet NMC revalidation requirements
  • Demonstrate autonomous evidence
