Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Quinton Practice.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with our General Practice team to meet the needs of our patients, supporting the delivery of policies and procedures, and providing leadership as required.

Key responsibilities will include assessing acute illness presentations, prescribing, developing treatment plans, ongoing long-term condition management, referral, and end-of-life care. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate safe decision-making and expert care.

Person Specification
  • Active registration with the NMC
  • Job Plan demonstrating advanced nursing practice and equity with peers working at this level
  • Education to Masters level
  • Independent prescriber
  • Meet NMC revalidation requirements
  • Demonstrate autonomous evidence
