Advanced Nurse Practitioner Role

Dr Mahbub's Surgery, Brace Street Health Centre, is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working independently, and making autonomous decisions.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently, using your expert clinical knowledge and skills.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines, ensuring best practice and patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive patient care, including telephone assessments and clinical support.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in research programs and clinical audits to improve patient care and outcomes.
Dr Mahbub's Surgery is a small, well-established GP practice serving a diverse patient population. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Requirements- Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Masters degree in Advanced Practice or equivalent.
- Postgraduate diploma or degree in Advanced Practice Qualification.
- Qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber on the NMC register.
- Experience of practice within the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership and management, education and research.
