Job Summary

Quinton Practice is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the General Practice team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing treatment plans and implementing and evaluating care.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as required, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with the General Practice team to meet the needs of patients, providing leadership and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Active registration with the NMC.
  • Job Plan demonstrating advanced nursing practice and equity with peers.
