Job Title: Staff Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at WR Health & Social Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to residents with complex needs
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
