About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our services by ensuring the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures, and fittings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Carry out routine and unplanned maintenance operations to ensure minimal disruption to our services and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our service users and staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in building and grounds maintenance.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational capability and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work flexibly.
