Job Summary

Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on plant equipment, buildings, and facilities onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with plant equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and extend lifespan.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and techniques.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in fault finding and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and PLC systems.
  • Knowledge of TPM/PPM/RCM principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
