We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our hard services team, working across various locations.

Location: Various sites with travel as necessary.

Contract: Full Time - Permanent, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, including overtime and on-call duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Maintenance Technician, you will collaborate with the Hard Services team to ensure effective maintenance and repair operations.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responding to urgent repair requests, and managing minor projects related to electrical systems and equipment.
  • Keeping accurate records of all maintenance activities in both physical and digital formats.
  • Participating in an emergency call-out rota, demonstrating flexibility outside of standard working hours.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers while contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

This position is ideal for you if:

  • You possess commercial maintenance experience with a focus on Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
  • You are familiar with PPM and responsive maintenance practices.
  • You hold relevant qualifications in your area of expertise (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • You have a valid, clean driving license.
