About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Outpatient Transformation Manager to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our Outpatient Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our transformational change programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Outpatient Transformation Project Manager to deliver several specific system-wide projects and individual projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within various specialties to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Support the planning and delivery of workstreams relating to the programme, ensuring timely work on all current and future work streams.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and experience.
  • Experience working in a confidential, high-pressured environment, planning and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, autonomously, and as part of a team at a variety of different levels, and to prioritize workload to achieve deadlines.
  • Facilitation/change management skills.
