About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Outpatient Transformation Manager to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our Outpatient Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our transformational change programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Outpatient Transformation Project Manager to deliver several specific system-wide projects and individual projects.
  • Liaise with key personnel within various specialties to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Support the planning and delivery of workstreams related to the programme, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Divisions and Directorates, as well as other corporate departments, to ensure that projects and changes planned for Outpatients are set up to deliver what is needed.
