About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with customers, assessing their functional abilities and producing detailed reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining benefit eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face sessions to comprehend how a person's disability affects their daily life.
  • Produce accurate Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to aid the DWP in determining a person's eligibility for benefits.
  • Cultivate your clinical knowledge and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision.
