Job Summary

We're currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you'll travel throughout your region to deliver clinical care to patients in need. Your expertise, empathy, and commitment will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our residents and clients.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive package reflects the importance of our nurses in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Peripatetic Nurse with Barchester, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care to patients in various settings, including residential homes and community centers
  • Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to meet individual needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to relevant parties
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
