Diagnostic Imaging Professional

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiographer to join our dynamic Imaging department at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. Located in Stafford, our department is well-equipped with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including 3 DR rooms and 3 CT scanners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic radiography and be able to rotate between General X-ray and CT modalities. We offer a tailored training program, including IV cannulation, to support the successful candidate's growth and development.
As a member of our Imaging department team, you will undertake a wide range of imaging examinations through various shifts and on-call from home. Our flexible working options include full-time, part-time hours, and bank hours, ensuring that you can balance your work and personal life.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced and capable Band 6 Diagnostic Radiographers or enthusiastic and hard-working Band 5 Radiographers looking to progress to a Band 6 role. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- BSc Diagnostic Radiography or DCR (equivalent)
- Full HCPC Registration
- Minimum 18 months post-qualification experience at Band 5 or above in a NHS organisation
- Experience of CR/DR x-ray systems and QA programs
