Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning process, including site inspections and planning permissions, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create and implement effective planning strategies, taking into account local planning policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider planning team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with internal systems and local authority requirements.
  • Represent Hunter Dunning at planning and consultation meetings, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in town planning, preferably within the local region.
  • Strong knowledge of planning processes and regulations, with experience addressing public forums.
  • Degree in Planning or Surveying or equivalent, with MRTPI, MRICS, or RIBA qualifications highly desirable.
