If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and adolescents, this role may be the perfect fit for you. As an Accredited Psychological Therapies Trainer with the NHS in North Wales, you will play a vital role in building capacity and skills in specific psychological therapies.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and experience in delivering university-level accredited training in evidence-based psychological therapies. They will also possess well-developed skills in supervision, effective communication, and providing consultation to other professional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of university-level accredited training in evidence-based psychological therapies to staff from multiple professions across the Health Board
- Specialised psychological assessment and therapy relevant to the training role, to one or two clients, in order to maintain accreditation
- Systematic governance of psychological practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
About the Benefits:
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £54,550-£61,412 per annum, pro rata if part-time, and the opportunity to work remotely from base/home. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of policies and procedures, provide clinical supervision, and assist the Head of Child Psychology and Psychological Therapies in delivering services for children and young people.
