Care Team Manager

Dunluce Healthcare is committed to providing exceptional patient care and we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse / Person-in-Charge to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse to lead and manage a care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leading teams and managing care plans. They will be responsible for assessing and planning care to meet the individual needs of patients, as well as ensuring that all necessary treatments are carried out safely and effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £83,000, based on 35 hours of work per week.

- To lead and manage a care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- To ensure that all necessary treatments are carried out safely and effectively.
- To develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- To maintain accurate and complete records consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- NMC pin (required).
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership or management role within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
