About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of our residents. Your duties will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year experience in a UK health and social care role, preferably working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is desirable but not mandatory. You must be warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service, with a passion for working in a team environment.

Location:
This role is based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, within commuting distance to our estate. We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, including potential evening and weekend shifts.
