About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of our rail replacement service. As a Rail Replacement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of replacing trains with buses, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent experience.

You will need to have strong organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work at various locations throughout the network.
