We are seeking a skilled and organized team leader to oversee our estate services in Tower Hamlets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to lead a team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensure effective delivery of estate services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of estate services operatives in providing cleaning, maintenance, and caretaking services to residents.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout housing estates.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, manage timesheets, and handle conduct issues in line with company policies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK driving license required.
